A recent gathering in Madrid united community leaders, artists and experts in coexistence to celebrate the World Day for Cultural Diversity. The dialogue included Clarisa Nieva of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, a specialist from the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, a Roma guitarist and composer, and Denise González. Speakers presented personal, cultural and institutional perspectives on how mutual knowledge can help build more inclusive communities.
During the event, participants considered themes such as human rights, cultural identity and news eu economy respect for differences. Fundación Mejora connected the initiative with Scientology’s interest in education, prevention and civic responsibility. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, noted that cultural and religious diversity can become a strength when rooted in respect for human rights.
